Our Kids Matter Kids Club,

 

helps children turn their pain into purpose. We are a trauma‐informed, creative arts‐based nonprofit, that gives kids a safe place to express themselves. We extend these amazing services, by connecting professional entities that teach by way of poetry, music, dance, painting, performance and an extensive list of life skills, with the proper and licensed businesses, we network with. Guess what? It's all for free, to our families in the community.

 

 We help children who are hurting, bullied, angry or misunderstood, discover their voice, their confidence and their self worth. Since 2023, we’ve served over 60 youth and seen real change: fewer fights, better school attendance, stronger relationships and more hope.

 

Our goal is to build a free youth art studio
that serves 500 children a year and becomes a place where healing, creativity, and community

Every child has a story. Some stories are heavy. Some are painful. Some are filled with fear, anger or silence. At Our Kids Matter Club, we help children release those stories in a safe, creative way. We give them a place where they can breathe, express and heal. A place
where their pain becomes poetry, their anger becomes rhythm and their fear becomes courage.

  We’ve watched children who once fought, shut down or skipped school begin to smile again. We’ve seen discipline referrals drop, attendance rise and violence decrease. These aren’t just numbers — they’re transformations.
